A new laboratory has 14 days. After that, creating work stops until the subscription is in force. A past due subscription can still create work. A closed or canceled laboratory cannot.
Three payments stay separate. The laboratory bills the dentist. The dentist bills the patient. The software subscription is never written on a lab invoice or a patient invoice.
The laboratory is responsible for the patient records it enters. Exosites Studio - Kassab hosts the software.
